Gluten Free Cauliflower Pizza Kit

This is as good as any pizza I’ve had since becoming GF. The crust under the area covered with tomato sauce and cheese has a nice chewiness. The edge is crispy. The Costco package contains 2 crusts and 2 packets of sauce to keep in the refrigerator. I added 1 cup shredded mozzarella and some sliced olives per pizza… actually it says to refrigerate or freeze “after opening “ so perhaps it would be ok to store in the pantry. The package does very thoughtfully include a large ziplock bag in case you want to make one and wait on making the second. I just baked both at one time.
