Asymptomatic Celiac

This is my go-to GF Flour mix. I like it because it’s more nutritious than the 1-to-1 blend (or ones like it) and it doesn’t contain xanthan gum which I appreciate because I don’t always need it, and I read something that indicated it’s not necessarily great to be eating xanthan gum all the time. The mix has garbanzo bean flour, brown rice flour, and some other nutritious flours. I wish they had an organic version of this flour.
