This is the safest restaurant to eat at in the Pioneer Valley for people with Celiac in my opinion. I've eaten here over a dozen times and haven't gotten sick. Plus it tastes good. Service has been a little slow lately unfortunately though, it seems like they're understaffed. It's worth it to me to have a long wait knowing I won't get sick here.

The food here is terrible. Awful bland sauces, cheese on everything. If you have a simple American palette, love cheese and meat, and love to drink beer, then this is your spot. If you’ve eaten food all over the world and love fine dining, don’t even go here for lunch. Turkey burger was salty, flavorless, and had a weak water lemon aioli sauce on it. Caesar salad had a similar watery salty dressing on it. I’m a better cook x1000. Hotel art was ugly as sin. Hard pass!

My son and I found this when on a college tour. He is celiac and it was a relief to find a place that has a dedicated GF menu and takes precautions to prevent cross contamination. And the food was delicious! We went for dinner and came back next day for lunch! He had burger and fries, I had fish and a salad. Great staff and care taken.

I was very pleased with the menu - many options - and the fact that it clearly states on the menu that food allergies are taken very seriously by staff trained in allergy issues. They have a dedicated gluten free fryer. My meal had an allergy marker AND was brought to me by a manager. So I felt really safe!

Best GF dining experience we have had since my daughter’s celiac diagnosis a year ago. The waiter asked about allergies before even taking our drink orders and explained that all allergy items would come out with a pick in them. The entire menu can be made GF. The fryers are dedicated GF. A manager brought out her order. And the dessert menu!!! Holy cow… brownie sundaes, apple crisp, key lime pie, beignets… all GF! Be sure to save room for dessert! We were in town traveling… I hope this chain continues to add more locations… it sets the bar for safe GF dining!

Wow just wow. When I saw the menu I had the biggest smile on my face and couldn’t figure out what to order. I got a fried chicken sandwich and spinach dip!!!! Oh and onion rings. The waiter said one of the biggest joys with his job is seeing people with this big of smiles on their face. He brought out gluten free bread that was exceptional. They have a brownie Oreo Sunday and I’m having their special which is donuts with powdered sugar and a side dip of caramel!!!!100/10

Amazing GF options! Almost the entire menu can be GF. Had a separate GF menu. All fried items are breaded with a corn flour so everything fried was GF. Staff was knowledgeable and we could see into the kitchen they were taking precautions with prep. Food was labeled with allergy flags when brought to our table. Would 100% go back when we are in the area (visiting from out of state).

This was our first time at 110 Grill and we WILL definitely be back. From the very first words from our server, Rachel, we knew it was going to be great. She was very knowledgeable and informative about GF options (basically almost every item can be made GF!) and the kitchen practices, etc…. Better yet was the actual food. It all tasted amazing. From the fried pickles and firecracker shrimp to the honey chicken sandwich — all made GF and still crispy, great flavor and great texture! We didn’t save room for dessert, but we will next time. All of the options can be made GF.

This was easily the best, most GF friendly restaurant we have ever been in.

They took a list of all our allergies and made sure everything was safe for us. A full GF menu for my partner who is celiac and they even did my fries in the dedicated fryer and put them on a separate plate so we could safely share … this has been the first time in our relationship we could safely share a plate of fries without worry of cross contamination with all our overlapping allergies

We had an incredible experience here! Not only is there an extensive GF menu, they are equipped to handle all allergies. All staff are trained to handle the allergies. A mgmt person is assigned to each order that requires “special handling.” Food is delicious and the service was superb. My son doesn’t have celiac but was well taken care of for EOE.

I am so happy we stumbled upon this gem! I am gluten sensitive and have dairy allergies, so it's hard for me to find something that works. Upon being seated, our waiter Tom immediately asked if there were any allergies and made a note of them. He made excellent recommendations for appetizers, dinner, and dessert, even cross-checking every item I ordered against their ingredients list to confirm they were safe. They were hand delivered by the manager and were clearly marked for allergy. And did I mention, the food is absolutely delicious! All make from scratch, all items can be altered as needed. Highly recommended are the maple bbq chicken wings and the bourbon steak tips. Very nice, upscale yet relaxed atmosphere with open kitchen concept.

It's been my go-to place for a while, but I ordered the pulled pork mac and cheese. And it was very good, But I've got Celiac disease and I've gotten sick the last 2 times I've gone there. Even with the staff being knowledgeable and careful. Its gonna be a while before I go back...

The staff was very knowledgeable, and even wrote my order in a red pen so that the person cooking the food knew that it was gluten free. They have a large variety of gluten free options, and they were displayed on their own gluten free menu. The dedicated fryers were a nice bonus, and I was even able to get onion rings for the first time in five years! I greatly appreciated their knowledgeable gluten free staff and if you are in an area were one is near by, I strongly suggest going to it.

Unbelievable. Had an extension gf menu. Server takes your order in red pen so it is flagged for the kitchen. Manager delivers your food. We had the maple barbecue wings, short rib flatbread, steak and cheese sandwich and onion rings. Everything was delicious. I am a sensitive celiac and didn’t get sick! We will be back.

Excellent burgers, fries, sweet potato fries...burgers are $13. Tomato Basil Soup to die for so —fresh and perfect and unique texture ( cup $5 bow; $7_ Ask for gluten free rolls with ,eval or soup ( Holyoke site asks us ..they have the, here but so far you need to ask. They use Udi buns but because they warm the. Properly they do not come out flat and tasteless as they do elsewhere. Quick service and membership card to get awarded money towards food

Awful! They failed to put the fish in my tacos. Tried to sub with guacamole. Cutting corners because they missed our online order. While their policies say they have strict allergen practices, I saw some sloppiness tonight. I will not eat here again.

I have been to other locations and always very happy here - there are so many choices it’s hard to limit myself! They also typically have very trained staff and I feel comfortable (although I always recommend double checking everything in case!)

I ordered a GF Caesar Salad, Appetizer of BBQ Chicken Flatbread and Shrimp Apricot Risotto.

They have only been open two months so the restaurant is very clean. The service though was extremely slow, it took a literal hour for our salads to come out, and our flatbread was about 15 minutes after

The flatbread was delicious and more like a bbq chicken pizza - could have been eaten as a meal w my salad!

When the risotto finally came out I was almost full but I did eat some - it was delicious and I’m taking the rest home for leftovers

The manager brought out all of the gluten free items personally, confirmed he watched over them being made, and all were identified with an allergy toothpick.

(My non-gf husband had a turkey burger and sweet potato fries. )

I don’t think there is another restaurant with multiple locations in the northeast that consistently shows extensive knowledge about food allergies and celiac disease. The Henrietta location did not disappoint. The server noted Celiac and all ordered off the GF menu. Delicious AND safe.
