**UPDATED REVIEW** We were served gluten containing food at a celiac dinner. There are big time issues with their training or lately lack of training. The waiter swore up and down the food was gluten free yet it wasn't. Eat here at your own risk!

I am about 6 months into my diagnosis so it's been awhile since I've eaten GOOD pasta. This restaurant was amazing!! The owner came over and chatted about their celiac foundation training and Chef Tomas' certification. EVERYTHING on the menu can be made gluten free...right down to the Mozzarella Sticks!!! They have separate kitchen area to prepare gluten free foods as well. I had the mozzarella sticks, Italian salad, and the Spinach Tagliatelle and my Aunt had the fresh fettuccine (which she did gluten free as well so I could try it!). Both were amazing! The gluten free pasta was fantastic, you would have NO CLUE it was gluten free! My aunt who is not celiac it gluten free nor has she ever tried gluten free pasta said she could not tell it was gf! This place is a winner from the atmosphere to the food! Local produce and amazing gluten free option make this place now on of my favorites! To be of note, I felt fine after did NOT get sick!

I am revising my review from very positive to just one star. There are some serious inconsistencies in their prep. I have celiac and have been sick twice after eating here. Will never return.

Yum! I loved the onion straws, mozzarella sticks, and French fries with aioli (they have a large selection of aioli flavors). My husband enjoyed his first Friday Fish Fry in 3+ years! I didn't order an entree because I was so excited for the appetizers. Next time I plan to try a bunless chicken Parmesan.

*everything* on the menu can be made GF for a slight up charge. It is prepared in a dedicated kitchen, and is made to order. it takes a little longer, totally worth it.

It was a wait for both a table and for food--to be fair there is a note in the menu that it's a "scratch" kitchen. Well it was worth the wait. Everything down to flatbreads, sandwiches, and fresh pasta all GF or modified for GF. My husband (not GF) got GF FISH FRY!! Amazing (we shared)--and I got a sandwich with fries--waffle fries I was excited. Overall not bad, will be back.

Gluten free onion rings ... So so so good! Server was happy to check if the gluten free pasta had potato startch (no) but the gluten free bread did, so gluten free pasta it was for me (nightshade allergy). A bit loud and cold in the restaurant but the food was good, server helpful, and no reaction after eating there!
