GF blueberry muffin with almond flour is rich and delicious. The BLT with GF bread was one of my first GF meals and it helped me realize that it actually would all be okay! Love this place!

Dedicated space to avoid cross contact. Great sandwiches (GF bread available) and coffee. Didn't try the GF blueberry muffin option. Small place can get busy but still felt comfortable eating there. Got the Village sandwich and added egg, yum! Didn't get sick. Would definitely recommend.

In Boston area for college visits and happy to find 3 Little Figs! The food was delicious, the staff seemed knowledgeable asking is the GF request an “allergy or preference?” They had yummy GF bread options for all sandwiches.

I LOVE three little figs!!!!

Dedicated toaster and space, delicious sandwiches, yogurt, and coffee - what more could you ask for? The online ordering system is easy to work with and clearly states the difference between gluten-free allergy and gluten-free preference. 3 Little Figs has quickly become a favorite brunch spot. Highly recommend!

Love a place that has Oatly brand and lots of milk alternatives! They also have a few gf sandwich/pastry options. (Wish they had more vegan/dairy free food options) Their seasonal sweet potato cake was very moist and delicious and I didn’t have a reaction!

GET THE GLUTEN FREE BLUEBERRY MUFFIN & ESPRESSO DRINKS! I am celiac and have not gotten sick. They used to make amazing brunch salad bowls, and sadly do not anymore, but any sandwich (average... I like the turkey, brie, apple, arugula one) can be made GF and they make it separately, change gloves, clean surfaces, do not cross contaminate. Best features are the coffee drinks & GF pastries (shockingly do not make me sick).

Standard GF bread, nothing fancy, but what was on the sandwich (I got the Market) was fantastic. No reaction.

Portion sizes are small but the sandwiches and coffee are good and I haven't had a reaction here!

Delicious and informed staff. Great sandwich selection and the cashier asked if I had a gluten allergy, so I felt extra safe.
Extremely disappointing sandwiches. I used to eat here before I knew I had celiac and the sandwiches were excellent. I suppose they get some credit for even having gluten free bread, but the bread is not good and the slices are much smaller than their normal bread, so on top of your bad bread (for which you pay extra) you get significantly less of the delicious sandwich fillings. Unless I hear that they get some decent GF bread, I will not return. It’s celiac safe, but not worth it.

Gluten free bread, pastries and other choices. Everything tastes great and the staff are very knowledgeable!
Delicious and Celiac safe! Got a brunch bowl and was so satisfied with it. The egg was also cooked perfectly. Didn’t ask about GF baked goods in the display case, but they may have more in back with less risk of CC. I’m incredibly sensitive to CC but felt great afterwards!

My favorite food spot in the Boston area. Perfect for a weekend breakfast/brunch/lunch. Friendly, knowledgeable staff and separate toaster for GF bread. Only thing I'd ask about for contamination are the baked goods in the display case. Oh, and if you go at prime time, they might not have any seating left. Personal favorite items are the market sandwich (contains prosciutto) and harvest sandwich (vegetarian), but most things are really good!

Cashier and server were very knowledgeable; no symptoms afterward! Cute place, but is small and can get a little crowded when the outdoor seating is closed. you can order food to go, though.
