Fabulous burgers … and they have a dedicated fryer for fries!

The positives-it felt safe eating here. They have a dedicated fryer and noted allergies on the ticket and let you review it before you pay. Everything tasted good but was nothing extraordinary. The cons-the GF bread was blah white bread (probably Udi’s). Why not just get the GF buns? The burgers were small so if you’re hungry, you have to get a double. We thought it would be cheaper, but with the GF bread up charge and paying for fries separate, we paid $75 for 3 burgers, 3 fries, a cider and glass of wine. Then we have the atmosphere. It was packed. We had to table stalk, fortunately got one before our food came out. But on a Friday night the place was packed with little kids whose parents couldn’t be bothered to watch them. We sat in the heated tent and these kids kept going in and out and holding the door open (in December). Would we go back? Sure, but it’s not going to be our “go-to” burger place.

I had a great experience here! The burger I had was great- it came out on gluten free bread as a bun, which was much better than so many gluten free buns I’ve had at other places! The dedicated fryer was great and a rare find in Wheaton. I did not get sick here and I’m very sensitive to gluten. Staff was super knowledgeable, kind, and accommodating. I’ll be going back often!

SO SO disappointed. I don’t understand the 5 rating. The fries were the highlight of our meal and the reason for the 2. RAW hamburger on untoasted already falling apart bread. So raw we couldn’t finish it. It is a neat looking place and if you only want to drink then it may be great but don’t go for the food by any means.

Very simplistic menu but, the GF bread is good and the fries were perfect!!!!!!!!! Its hard to get gluten free french fries and I would go back just for fries and wine :)
Staff very knowledgeable, lots of young workers who were respectful and know their stuff, it was safe and good!

Enjoyed the Wheaton Bowl with gluten free fries instead of tater tots…didn’t miss the bun and didn’t get charged extra for gluten free bread!

Have heard great things from other Wheatonites about this place! They do only have gf bread but don't let that deter you! They toast the bread so it holds up to the burger! Great customer service and they know exactly what to do if you let them know you have Celiac. They also have gf alcoholic options. We will be back!

Amazing GF fries and burger. Don’t be scared by the Gf ‘bun’ being toast. It’s outstanding. Also good variety of ciders and GF beer.

The staff are very knowledgeable about cross contamination, and the dedicated fryer is a huge plus. Everything was delicious except instead of a gluten free bun they just used Udi’s sandwich bread, which I’m not a big fan of. Next time I’ll just go no bun.
