Went for dinner on Tuesday evening. Got in without a wait. Almost everything on the menu can be made GF. I had the pasta bolognese and it was delicious! The GF bread was also great. Finished up with a fabulous GF tiramisu. Definitely recommend this place!

Went for dinner on a Saturday night. They were busy and had no available reservations but we were able to walk in and get a table on their patio. Items that are, or can be made, gluten free are clearly marked on the menu. All of their small plates, except for the green beans, were GF and all of their large plates, with the exception of their flatbread pizzas, could be made GF. Their homemade GF pasta was delightful and all their desserts are gluten free! Tiramisu was so good! Staff are very knowledgeable about menu items and ingredients. Highly recommend!

Fantastic high end dining food and very safe. Do not miss this one!!! Most of the menu was GF. The Osso Buco, homemade bread/pasta, and desserts were a unique treat. Wonderful experience. Don’t be worried about the menu not being marked as most of it is GF.

Nice dinner. Staff very aware of gf options and concerns. I had carrot ginger soup and pesto linguini. They serve gf bread which was delicious. Lovely wine list. All desserts gf but I just had cherry gelato. Excellent safe meal ( you will pay for it). With 2 glasses of Pinot and tip it was 100. Also book in advance. I was alone and wanted to come in early. I got the last table. For 430! The bar is very nice, opens at 4 and is first come first served.

They brought me my own gluten free bread AND butter without even being asked, which was such a delightful surprise. Very knowledgeable about gluten free needs and had gluten free pasta.

Phenomenal experience! Numerous GF options, menu is clearly marked and staff are knowledgeable. GF pasta was excellent, as was the salmon. All desserts are GF, and I second the other reviewer who said the Tiramisu was superb!

Look no further for an excellent restaurant that also just happens to have lots of delicious GF options. Look at their website online and you can see they take it seriously. Food was just incredible. The server brought my husband some bread but said he had ordered me some GF bread. I almost told him not to bother (because most GF bread is lousy) but so glad I didn’t. It was outstanding. I won’t go into a whole review, but everything we ate was really, really good and the prices were reasonable.

The menu was well marked for GF and "can be vegetarian." Seven appetizers and 5 entrees were GF, and they have HOME MADE GF BREAD (OMG good!). Not a dedicated GF kitchen but they keep GF preparation separate and Mark GF meals in the kitchen.

Reasonably priced for the area, and the host is a wine expert. VERY happy with my meal. Highly recommend.

Paid way too much money for pasta from a box. And there was a $2 up charge!! That is literally the cost of a whole box of barilla gf penne and I got served a fraction of it for ten times the price! Should have been a discount. I was expecting it to be homemade gf pasta, but instead I could have made the equivalent at home for myself and saved a whole lot of money 😡. Dessert was good, but I came for the pasta that another reviewer said was homemade.

I truly wish i could give 0 stars. I am only writing to warn others so you don’t have to have the situation i just experienced. Never have i been met with such immediate distain and disrespect as when i walked into the restaurant looking for dinner.

Immediately it was as if we are unwelcome and then every single thing that could have gone wrong went wrong. The service was slow, the staff was rude, and forgot to put in part of our order. Refused to correct. Told us we didn’t order something. It was like the twilight zone. I genuinely am still in shock. Whatever you do when you go to Camden, do not visit this restaurant. Outside of that, they brought incorrect pasta after the waitress said gluten free. This place is absolutely NOT safe for someone with celiac, not only limited to because of uneducated and rude staff.

Our server answered all our questions and our meals were made to order with all our special requests and substitutions. We are also dairy and nightshade free so not always easy. Most items on menu can be made gluten free even desserts. Wish they had a dairy free dessert. Amazing food...highly recommended!!

Servers aren’t very attentive but if the owner is there (she usually is) you’re in luck. Very very good food, so many gluten-free options. Great beef, great pasta. Can’t recommend highly enough. I read the one star review from a while back - I don’t know where he went but it could NOT have been 40 Paper.

This is beyond good, No beyond great!My taste buds are dancing! I feel as if I have died and gone to heaven. I am sure I can think of a few more corny things to add but this has been the best food we have had on our vacation.

Good gf pasta, and gf bread for no upcharge! All the desserts are gf, I was full so didn't order one but they all looked delicious.

This place sucks. They lost our business within minutes. The place was noisy and crowded we couldn't even hear the server. We opted to sit outside and discovered they were only serving appetizers and alcoholic drinks. Nothing on the appetizer menu was GF. We left. Definitely don't recommend.

Homemade GF pasta! All deserts were GF! GF beer on the extensive and creative bar menu. Pleasant service and very relaxing atmosphere. Will definitely eat there again!

excellent restaurant.highly recommended. most dishes are gf, except pizza. all desserts are gf, and they are worth saving room for.the bar is also fantastic. Six taps pouring high quality beers, one cider available. entrees run 18-20, dessert s are 8. not cheap but worth every penny.

The food IS great - if you're willing to wait for it. We sat down on a Monday night in a half-empty restaurant and didn't get our dinner served until 9pm. After 30 minutes, we asked for bread, which they had not brought to us. It's also pretty pricey, but the food, once we got it, was very tasty. I'll agree that the GF focaccia (which I also had to ask for) was pretty fantastic, if a bit cold in the middle.

Such a welcome to have a restaurant that is so accommodating to my needs. The GF bread before the meal was the best I have had since I had to start my GF diet. And handing us a dessert menu where every item on it was GF sealed the deal. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Almost all of the menu can be GF! Boston in Midcoast Maine. Food, cocktails, staff... Fantastic! What a gift for this traveler.
