Will eat here again! I mentioned I had a gluten allergy (for the sake of understanding). The girl taking my order promptly called the manager over and he explained the precautions they take (all new ingredient containers, separate prep area and toaster). The menu isn’t labeled but I asked if the Lox (smoked salmon, capers) was all gluten free ingredients and he said yes. Then he pulled another guy over and told me that he would be making my bagel because his fiancé has celiac and he gets it. When they brought it out, he handed it to me and said he even opened a new pack of napkins for me so nothing would be contaminated. They have two Udi’s bagel options to choose from, plain and everything. And it was delicious, tasted just like a normal Lox!
