Review of 5 Napkin Burger

Was a little worried as the male host was clueless about "Celiac" and "cross contamination". Sat at the bar hoping to talk to a manager and met James the bartender. James kept this family of four here as his knowledge of celiac, gf, cross contamination and allergy friers assured us that our Celiac daughter could eat here worry free! Drinks by James are fantastic with some Stanley Cup hockey! Dinner should be amazing! One gf tuna burger, one gf avocado ranch burger,one gf allergy waffle fries and one gf regular fries. The gluten flouting in the family ...not sure what they ordered.
