Review of 5 Napkin Burger

I had such a great experience here. My server was very knowledgeable and could immediately tell me all of the gf items on the menu as well as all of the gf protocols/procedures that they take in the kitchen (which includes fully cleaning the grill before making my burger.) They take really great care and it’s also nice that they had a gf fryer. I had the truffle burger and it was amazing! The cheese and truffle butter soaked into the gf bun and burger, making both juicy and delicious. The burger was also cooked to a perfect medium which is what I asked for. Will definitely go back again!
