Love this place. Every time we dine here our waiter is very helpful in keeping absolutely gluten free.

We had a surprisingly good dinner here a few days ago. The wait staff & kitchen were both knowledgeable and accommodating to our dietary restrictions. Food was delicious - one of the best burgers ever. And we were delighted to have really fresh tasting oysters.... Far from any coast!

I'm gluten, dairy, corn and soy free. The servers are very knowledgeable about ingredients and are able to make recommendations. They are always glad to check with the chef and ask for substitutions. The food is gourmet, the service is excellent and the setting is delightful. I've never had any problems eating at this restaurant.

I just left this restaurant. We called in advance and were assured most dishes can be made gluten free. We specified on our reservation no gluten, and emphasized this to our waitress. We ordered a salad, which normally has couscous and said to leave it off. Instead, the salad came out with farro. I told the waitress this was wheat. She and the general manager were very kind and understanding about the situation. Apparently it was the chef's mistake. I didn't feel comfortable eating here and we left the restaurant.

This hidden gem is remarkable. From the time your'e greeted by the owner to the waitstaff's knowledge of the menu's ingredients and the way it's prepared is comforting. You can tell the staff and owners truly care about making your evening special. From the spotless dining room/bar to the olive oil/ lavender lotion in the restrooms. After enjoying and incredible meal and walking out the door, the owner came out to thank us personally for dining in their establishment

If you're ever in Grand Junction, this is a must have.
