We stayed at the Marriott hotel where this restaurant is located twice in January while working in Richmond. We ate at the restaurant for our meals on both occasions for convenience. Now we would go out of our way to eat here because it is that good! We can’t say enough about how carefully my celiac dietary needs were handled by all the restaurant staff. Everything from Our Mocha’s to our dinner entrees where carefully prepare, beautifully represented and delicious.

Nothing marked on the menu. When I asked the server about gf options, he made a joke about being gf and then said anything would be fine as long as it didn't have flour or bread because those are the only things that have gluten. I asked about gf bread and the kitchen did have some. I didn't ask about the fryer because he already made me feel like I was being difficult. Ordered a turkey club with salad. Food was good and I had no reaction. A different server brought out my meal and specified it was gf so I think the kitchen has some protocols. I know the main server was trying to be funny but i did not feel like he took it seriously and I didn't feel like it was okay to keep asking questions about fries etc.

This is the restaurant under the airport Marriott. I had three breakfasts there when stranded in Vancouver (thanks Air Canada!). The staff are very competent, and are aware of what will be safe. It is a partly open kitchen, and I could see the potential for cross-contamination. But I had no problems - although I’m not a very sensitive coeliac. The food is also great quality, and the breakfast chef an inspiration to watch!
