Love this place! Menu is not huge but everything is very well crafted, and there are gluten-free options marked. You can get any pasta dish made with gluten-free pasta. My server (Mia) was knowledgeable about ingredients and had great recommendations. Also, their cocktails and wine list are amazing! We will make this a regular place to visit.

We decided to see if we could get in for an earlier dinner with our toddler, randomly and without a rezi. It was wonderful! Food was amazing and the GF options superb. Feeling great 24 hours later was a reminder to write a review and suggest you GO!! (Make a rezi tho as they have some cool sheeting outside)

Our server Jill was really knowledgeable about cross contamination and gf options. She told me they do make the gf pasta on the same space as the regular pasta but after they’ve cleaned it first. She said gf pasta is also cooked in its own pot. I had the bolognese, salad, and pesto carrots. Everything was delicious, I felt safe eating here, and felt good afterwards as well.

Very good pasta dish. The staff was amazing about making sure there was no cross contamination. The gluten free fettuccine was really good. I got it with marinara sauce and veggies.

So bummed! It seems like they understand cross contamination, so I will give them that. I hate to be rude but I don’t know how else to put it — the food was awful. Never in my life have I not been able to finish pasta! My husband and I threw away $80 worth of pasta dishes from here because neither of us could eat it. We were super excited and made it a special date because we’d been wanting to try A Mano for months based on the reviews here! We ordered GF bread, cacio e pepe, ragu, and carbonara. None of it was even edible. I wish I was lying. I’m struggling to believe the reviews below are for the same restaurant. But it is. The bread is plain sandwich bread with not even any butter, burned on the grill. All three pasta dishes were completely flavorless and drowning in oil. Very little cheese and NO seasoning whatsoever. Not even garlic or basil! Absolutely heartbreaking to not be able to love this place. Wanted to be a regular.

This place is INCREDIBLE. GF pasta was to die for. I would swear by this place to any GF individual! The manager, Will, was kind enough to run us through their entire GF selection including his favorite GF options!

So good! The owner is a GEM!! He is so kind and friendly. You have to try the falafel and the vegan soup. Best falafel I’ve had.

Fantastic experience. They have a GF fettuccine that they can sub for any pasta option and they also have GF bread. I had the bucatini alla bolognese and had burrata as an appetizer with their GF bread. Many of the items can be modified gluten-free. Wine was excellent as well. Highly recommend especially for those that miss Italian food!

They have gf pasta so you can have any of the pasta dishes. I thought it was good but not amazing, my friends absolutely loved it though. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly and I didn’t get sick. I’ll go back.

A mano was wonderful! The server marked up a menu to show me all the GF options. They can make all of the pastas GF and even use a tagliatelle shape instead of the traditional GF penne - a nice surprise! I ordered the beef bolognese pasta without the ricotta cheese (I'm lactose intolerant). It was DELICIOUS! Btw - fried items are not safe; they do not have a dedicated GF fryer. Super tasty and did not get sick!

The best gf pasta I’ve ever had. Super knowledgeable about gf and celiac. Friendly staff and affordable rustic Italian. Highly recommend!!
