Aegean Pizza

They do have gluten free menu items if you ask, and the pizza crust does not have cauliflower. I haven't tried the pasta but the bread is likely udis, and I'm just glad to have a predictable option on that front. The people here are very warm and friendly and happy to discuss ingredients, answer any questions. I've always felt comfortable at Aegean and know they'll take care of whatever I ask for! They do a lot of takeout orders.

I called the manager to ask about gluten free options. Her response was that the sauces may contain gluten. They come canned and then they add fresh ingredients to them. I asked about dedicated kitchen space. She just kept saying we have people with celiac that eat here and do fine. However, she wouldn’t answer my questions. I would not feel safe eating here at all.

OMG THE BAKED SPAGHETTI. Run don’t walk.

Best gluten free pasta dish - baked spaghetti!!! They also have a flourless - gluten free - chocolate cake.
