Incredible experience here. I asked if their GF tofu noodles were boiled in shared water and was told the chef could use a separate pot. Ramen was so delicious and the cocktails were also worth the trip.

There is not a single gluten free option at this restaurant - do not try to eat here! I wish I could give them zero stars or request that they be taken off this app. Honestly this place enraged me. Their menu is scattered with “GF” and “GFO” symbols when in actuality every single menu item contains gluten. The sushi rice has barley in it. The gluten free ramen noodles are cooked in the same boiling water as all their other noodles. I do not expect every restaurant to have gluten free options - I get it. I do however expect every restaurant that claims to have gluten free options to do even the smallest amount of research before labeling their menu, which was therefore lying to their customers, and making them sick. I’ll never attempt to eat here again. Even if my gluten-eating friends ask for a recommendation I will point them in a different direction. I’ve officially deemed this place a POS for lying on their menu and feeding gluten to unsuspecting customers. Oh the best part, they charge extra for the (not so) gluten free noodles. You get to pay extra to be sick all night! This place reminded me that I hate being celiac - sometimes I just can’t join friends for a dinner out - and that sucks. F this place.

I want to prefice that I work here as a cook and that while I absolutely LOVE the food, it is NOT CELIAC SAFE.

There is NO dedicated gluten free workspace and a lot of cross contact. Even the sushi is NOT celiac safe! The sushi rice is made with grain flavored rice vinegar (made with barley!) and I have told the head sushi chefs about it, but it is still being used.

Please please be aware if you are celiac!

Sushi and Ramen was ok. They only offer tofu noodles which have a strange texture. The menu labels items as Gluten Free or Gluten Free Optional. Cross contamination is likely an issue as I had a reaction even though I ordered everything GF.
