This is the most amazing 100% gluten free bakery - I make it a point to go every time I'm in Colorado on trips & stock up on items for breakfasts. Always changing variety of fresh baked muffins, bagels, cupcakes, chocolate covered bacon, egg sandwiches, etc- I've tried most of their stuff. My mom surprised me with a pre-ordered gluten free birthday cake which was amazing - my whole non-gf family enjoyed it! No cross contamination issues ever since gluten isn't in there & it's unbelievable to walk in and feel the freedom to order anything like non-allergen people can. Highly recommend supporting this small business- although check their hours because they are not open every morning.

Super friendly staff. Everything is gluten-free and NO gluten is allowed in the shop, even with customers. All of the items I had were delicious. They have crêpes, but were out when I arrived around noon.

LOVE IT. Was on vacation in Longmont and happened to walk by. The sign on the door kindly asks that no gluten be brought in. Made me feel super safe. Got a half dozen cupcakes and a frozen package of cinnamon rolls for the morning. Had one cupcake already, delicious.

Not edible. We threw all cupcakes away and tried again and it was worse. The taste, texture and lack of cleanliness is too much. Our son isn’t picky when it comes to eating anything with sugar but he couldn’t get past one bite.

Go to Cavegirl Coffeehouse instead - they’re less than 5 minutes away and have dedicated, dye free, organic donuts, burritos, and more. They’re so yummy that we drive an hour each way a few times a month to eat their yummies

Wanted to love this place, but the cupcake I had was pretty awful. It had a weird chapstick-like aftertaste and the frosting was way too sweet. They make a lot of sweets with bean based flours, which lends a bad flavor. They had very limited dairy free options for sweets as well.

Bummer. I used to love this place. Still dedicated gluten free but bagel managed to be sticky and heavy and bland while covered with burnt to charcoal garlic. I was delighted to see they’d set up indoor dining again but the space was much less clean than one might hope for. As expensive as everything is, I miss how delicious it used to be. Tried two different mini cupcakes and they were both underwhelming. With such a lack of gluten-free options in general: I’m really, really want to support a dedicated gluten-free space like this, and was just really disappointed that the woman at the counter seemed put-out and impatient and the food just wasn’t very good. I’ll surely try it again and update my review if possible (it’s possible today was a rare off-day).

Dedicated gluten free facility, but I don't think their food is very good, unfortunately. Bakery items tend to be dry, sandwiches are just ok. All pretty expensive too. It's a bummer because I would love to support them!

From a gluten free standpoint they get 5 stars. However I am allergic to nuts and the last 2 times I've had reactions. Inspire of her insisting there isn't any nuts on the ingredients and they are careful, I still had a reaction. I don't trust their baked goods!

Cute space that’s dedicated gf with lots of options. I love looking at the beautiful display cakes! Every sweet I’ve gotten here was delicious, including frozen “take and bake” items made later at home. My partner tried a sandwich and said it was good but nothing to write home about.

I recently made a cupcake order for a birthday party and they were able to give us a wide variety of flavors which was great because at many places they will only do a minimum half-dozen of any one flavor. The order and pickup were super smooth.

Delicious foccacia bread, eclairs, crepes and cupcakes.

I had a #3 crepe with bacon - YUM.

My partner really enjoyed his pannini.

Only complaint is the street noise - all seating was outside (June 26).

The prices may seem high for Colorado, but they're quite reasonable for a dedicated GF bakery.

I live an hour from this beautiful bakery and it is well worth the trip. Careful staff who are knowledgeable and helpful, delicious food and a lovely selection. When dining in, (pre pandemic )non gf foods were strictly not allowed to avoid cross contamination. I love this place!!!

Dedicated gluten free bakery. Everything I tried was good they have many items in the freezer to take home and cook. I might’ve been in on a bad day, but the customer service was poor. I have other digestive issues in addition to sell yeah, so I asked About the flower content but was refused an answer. After tasting the items that I purchased my guess would be that it’s largely a bean flour Base.

Wonderful place with the best breakfast sandwiches and cinnamon rolls, although everything is very tasty. Jennifer and Morgan run a wonderful bakery and it is easy to taste how much care went into making everything as flavor never gives a hint that it is gluten free.
