The owner, Sandy has gone to great lengths to make sure her customers can have a safe and yummy dining experience. The staff have all been through training and follow a process to make sure there is no cross contamination. All GF orders are handled with separate purple cookware/utensils etc. There are multiple options- appetizers, main coarse and desserts. A food allergen binder is also available. Sandy was very attentive in making sure any & all questions were answered and that food was prepared properly and delicious. My 10 year old daughter was so excited to have more than just 1 option to order from. We were camping near by and made 2 visits just because it made her feel special and cared for. My daughter said, “Mommy, Sandy is a really special lady. I just love her!” We will definitely go back next year when we camp and spread the word!!
