Same as other reviewers stated, the owner, Sandy, talked with us about the menu and all the kitchen precautions, including color-coded pans and cooking utensils. They also accommodate other food allergies, which is really great, because they want a place where everyone feels welcome. Menu is well labeled, with a good number of GF vegan options. Food was good too!
