They made the whole evening special for us, with my celiac son's gluten-free version of everything indistinguishable from ours. Every dish had unique, clever features, both in composition and in presentation, and everything was delicious. Food as edible art. We still talk about it a year later. You have to plan ahead to come here, and mortgage your home to fund it, and it will spoil you for most other restaurants, but just go.
