Tried two of the “cakes.” They have an interesting texture, like they are freeze dried, very flakey and very dry. Frosting is as expected for low sugar cake. Flavor was ok, just overall not great. I suppose if I couldn’t have sugar this would have been a welcome treat. If you’re used to other GF cake and expecting a similar experience you might be disappointed.
