Attended a special event and the chef was extremely accommodating. We had three appetizers, salad course, pasta course, meat course, and dessert. The only thing I couldn’t eat that was ordered was the meatball appetizer. I enjoyed greens and beans (waiter double checked broth didn’t have roux), smoked provolone, salad, gluten free pasta with vodka sauce, filet with Gorgonzola cream sauce, and cream brûlée (others all had a different dessert). Very informed and brought my meal out separately from others.

Sept 24, 2022, Dinner. Food was excellent. I ate well and did not get ill. I called ahead two days before our meal and spoke with someone that said they were a manager. They told me that our server would be aware of my gluten allergy and would be able to help with all of my choices. She wasn't prepared. Menu was not marked with GF options. Our server needed to check with others for items and the desserts. The experience was fantastic but it is stressful when your service isn't well aware of your allergy.
The Gluten Free Pittsburgh Facebook page raves about the GF capability of this restaurant. The feedback on that page is that no one ever gets sick eating there. I may have just has a so-so experience because of an unaware staff member.
