Avoid the chicken as it has beer in the marinade. I also was told to avoid garlic pork but that was not super clear. Like most Brazilian steak houses, the options are naturally GF

The bread that they bring out is pão de quejio, Brazilian cheese bread, which is made from yuca (tapioca). You can ask for it just out of the oven and they’re amazing! The server Anthony went out of his way to make sure we got only gluten free menu items, which were plenty! The salad bar had few gluten options which made going to the salad bar pretty easy with the help of management to walk you through. The staff went above and beyond to make our visit enjoyable and I’m also allergic to shellfish so they made sure we didn’t get sick.
