Excellent! Nothing is marked on menu as gf although the server pointed out many things. Food was really enjoyable, the pork was fantastic. There were plenty of vegetarian and dairy free items for my other guests. The kitchen was fine with modification requests.. The flourless chocolate cake for dessert was delicious.

Went to Amada for the first time last night for my husband's birthday. My son and I have celiac....ironically so did our server. Our server was so helpful and knew exactly what we should eat and not eat. The fryer is not a dedicated fryer so we avoided anything fried. The food was beautifully presented and so scrumptious. There were lots of gluten free options including a dessert. Zero stomach issues and would definitely return.

Fantastic options and the food was incredible. Best meal I had in Atlantic City. Menu is not labelled but a huge amount of it can be made gluten free and the servers are knowledgeable. The hostess even filled out an allergy card when we arrived and gave it to the servers and kitchen to make sure everything was safe. Fried food is not safe (shared fryer) but most of the rest of the menu is gf or can be made gf.

The waiter was super helpful in showing me what they could do gluten free on the menu. Most of the menu was able to be gluten free. If you make a reservation from their website, you can also indicate your allergies and they will go over options with you.

I was skeptical about the other 25 star reviews but this place is legit! Not sick at all from the food, our waiter was so knowledgeable I was so impressed! Highly recommend asking for Roger for your server. A safe place to eat. 1/2 of the menu could be made GF

Wow! What an amazing food journey…they can accommodate any allergy because food is made to order…the Chef was very knowledgeable about food allergies. If you are a foodie this is the place for you!!

Tapas place with nice decor. They were very knowledgeable about gluten free practices for Celiac. I didn't get sick. They don't have a gf menu, but the server told me what could be made gluten free, about half of the menu. They knew to discuss with the kitchen and told me items were gluten free when they brought them out. The food was excellent.
