Review of Amada

Fantastic options and the food was incredible. Best meal I had in Atlantic City. Menu is not labelled but a huge amount of it can be made gluten free and the servers are knowledgeable. The hostess even filled out an allergy card when we arrived and gave it to the servers and kitchen to make sure everything was safe. Fried food is not safe (shared fryer) but most of the rest of the menu is gf or can be made gf.
