Review of American Flatbread

Amazing food! Incredibly knowledgeable and accommodating staff! Any of the flatbreads can be made gf and if you tell them you are celiac, they will seat you away from the prep/cook area to avoid flour getting onto your table! Gf flatbreads made/cooked in a separate room.
