Review of American Flatbread

Can make celiac friendly pizza if you specifically request it to be not made in the brick oven and then will make it in a separate oven and pan but you have to request, if not they will cook the gluten free crust in the brick oven with all the flour pizza (seems pointless) . Good flavor BUT a Hott mess last night ! screwed up the order, made one pizza celiac friendly, but accidently made my boyfriends pizza gluten free crust also (wasn't supposed to be) told us they were both gluten free so I ate both, but turns out one was made directly on the brick oven with the flour people since it wasn't labeled celiac! Didn't find out till after I ate it!
