American Pizza Oven Dade City

Had the Greek salad and GF Hawaiian pizza tonight. It was delicious and GF. Jessica was there and when I asked about the salad dressing being GF she knew automatically. Definitely intend to go back.

The owner, Jessica, is very aware of gluten-free needs. When I started ordering here she asked good questions and discussed the steps they take to prepare food safely. I’ve been eating here a few times a month for several years now and have never had an issue. They make their own gf crust in-house and it is one of the best I’ve had. Ask for Jessica - she’ll take care of you!

Staff was knowledgable. Separate baking space for pizza, use separate utensils to cut pizza. Great place.
