The owner, Jessica, is very aware of gluten-free needs. When I started ordering here she asked good questions and discussed the steps they take to prepare food safely. I’ve been eating here a few times a month for several years now and have never had an issue. They make their own gf crust in-house and it is one of the best I’ve had.
