Amazing. Zero reaction, yesterday or today, and the proprietor was very helpful. I was extra careful in emphasizing to him I have an allergy, since a reviewer a few years back said they got glutened. After talking to Dennis, I felt it reasonable to take the risk, Amie’s safety precautions sound comprehensive. 12” gluten free pizza with 2 different kinds of crusts (herb and regular) sourced from a nearly bake shop, Organic Bliss, which have a bready consistency closer to what I would call “traditional” vs thin crust, and of which you can’t ever find in gluten free options - everything is always thin and crispy. They also have tuna subs (don’t know if they do gluten free subs I didn’t check) they accommodated me with a special order of putting the tuna onto the pizza, which is my favorite pizza topping after having tuna, corn, and jalapeño topped pizza in Japan. In any case, good pizza. No glutening this time.
