It was too late to eat at any of the highly rated GF-friendly restaurants I had read about on this app and my family needed to eat. I was just going to get an avocado with lemon and salt, but our server said the soft corn tortillas and other ingredients in the Mexican street tacos did not come into contact with gluten. I think I had the steak tacos and they were yummy. I also ate a bit of the guacamole and the green salsa served with the tacos. And had a huge Amigos margarita.
I didn’t have any symptoms after eating there, but I don’t always get them.
I avoided the crunchy tortilla chips as our server warned me that they are cooked in a shared fryer with gluten-containing food.

I hate to leave a bad review for anywhere but they had absolutely no knowledge of gluten free items. I asked for gf options and they showed me the vegetarian portion of the menu. It seemed like their food would be really good! They just don’t cater to those of us with celiac. We came into town on a Monday so most of the establishments with higher ratings were closed.

We tried Amigos and the server was very knowledgeable and helpful. He made recommendations and helped us have a delicious lunch that left us feeling good. The food was amazing, some of the best Mexican food we have had since going gluten free. We had beef enchiladas, chicken enchiladas and queso with chips (chips were outstanding-all was all the food). We can’t wait to go back on our next trip to Eureka Springs. Definitely recommend Amigos!!!

HORRIBLE. NIGHTMARE. My wife has a gluten ALLERGY. She asked for tacos with CORN tortillas and she was assured they understood her allergy and was assured it would be okay. They brought out her food she ate it only to discover that on the THIRD taco. IT WAS FLOUR. Are you f**king kidding me???? Today is her birthday and we picked amigos based on the ratings here. Her birthday lunch was RUINED. Her birthday is ruined because they can’t prioritize a customers health and at the bare minimum get their order right. Now she is having an allergic reaction thanks to Amigos. This is absurd and on top of EVERYTHING. She told the waitress and she didn’t even apologize, brushed it off by saying well I told them corn and then walked off. ARE YOU SERIOUS?
If you are looking for greasy, disgusting food with horrible POS staff, THEN LOOK NO FURTHER!! Amigos is your dream restaurant! As for me and my family we will NEVER come here again and I’m seriously wanting to sue for gross negligence.

The staff was knowledgeable about what was and was not gluten free
I had the combo fajitas, and they were delicious! Also, tacos can be made gf. If you like spicy, request the green salsa. Unfortunately the tortilla chips are cc’ed in a shared fryer, and the rice contains gluten. I did not have a gluten reaction to this meal

They knew about celiac and made sure my order was made safely.
I had a steak quesadilla and it was yummy!! They said they also had crunchy tacos and fajitas. That was about it but I was 100% okay with eating one of those.
They queso and rice isn’t gluten free which was a bummer but they knew it wasn’t and why which was helpful.
