The menu is clearly marked with what is GF. I asked about separate fryers and they indicated that they have separate fryers for each item they cook which limits cross- contamination (so only bone-in wings are cooked in 1 fryer… only fries are cooked in 1 fryer). I had the wings and fries with no reaction. Note, I am Gluten intolerant not Celiac.

For a restaurant that is supposed to be GF there is a big lack choices. Very disappointed. The French fries were coated with a flour and seasoning.

It’s hard to find wings that are fried in a dedicated fryer but they are at this location!! Not all sauces are GF but we had the mild and chipotle bbq Sauces and both were great. Service was a bit slow but otherwise really liked this place. Daughter enjoyed her pizza logs (not GF) and fries. Had cider on tap. A few other items were marked GF.

I called ahead and the manager said they have a separate station where they only handle the wings and that they’re gluten free. He said all the sauces were gluten free and then asked if corn and garlic had gluten in it. Based off that question I was concerned but everywhere else was closed for the fourth so I ate here anyways. When I got there the server told me only the mild, medium and hot were gluten free. She confirmed they’d change gloves before handling my order. Wings were amazing and I didn’t get sick but I didn’t feel too confident based on the managers responses.

Dedicated chicken wing fryer and seperate dedicated french fry fryer!! My son was in heaven!! Great customer service. Menu does state gluten-free pizza and bread, but we didn't try it.

So, this is one location of a chain bar/restaurant based on the original Anchor Bar in Buffalo NY where classic buffalo wings were invented. It’s a chain bar attached to a Holiday Inn, so some of you may need to temper your expectations as to ambiance and experience, but...The wings are excellent and they’re GF, as are the fries, nachos, grilled tenders, and they even have a limited dessert option. My wing-loving celiac kid gave it two big thumbs up, and had no issues afterward. Staff seemed reasonably knowledgeable, but I could see the possibility of someone doing something wrong and causing contamination, so sensitive celiacs may need to be careful.

I ordered wings and the bartender knew which sauces were not gf and had no issues. Some places make you feel like it’s a burden to not been glutened but not here! It was great and safe!

They say gluten friendly but the wings and most sauces are GF and the wings are cooked separately in GF oil. My tummy feels great after eating those yummy wings.
