They say gluten friendly but the wings and most sauces are GF and the wings are cooked separately in GF oil. My tummy feels great after eating those yummy wings.

They claim to have dedicated fryers but i have been glutened twice after eating wings here. I have never had issues with the downtown niagara falls location however.

They have GF on the menu but are not gluten free. In fact If you read at the bottom of menu the GF stands for gluten friendly not gluten free which means its unsafe. The wings are gluten free cooked in dedicated fryers, I almost positive of that but cant be sure when the owner thinks gluten friendly is a thing. Would not recommend if you have celiac.

Staff confirmed that the wings are not breaded and only the bone-in wings are fried in the fryer for their famous wings. We had mild, hot, spicy BBQ, garlic Parmesan, and suicidal sauced wings with ranch and blue cheese dressings on the side. Had no problems after the meal. No GF menu available.

The menu is clearly marked with what is GF. I asked about separate fryers and they indicated that they have separate fryers for each item they cook which limits cross- contamination (so only bone-in wings are cooked in 1 fryer… only fries are cooked in 1 fryer). I had the wings and fries with no reaction. Note, I am Gluten intolerant not Celiac.

I ordered wings and the bartender knew which sauces were not gf and had no issues. Some places make you feel like it’s a burden to not been glutened but not here! It was great and safe!

Server was wonderful. Ensured my meal came out alone so it didn’t accidentally touch anyone else’s meal
