Yum! Come and enjoy a flavorful meal that is clearly a local favorite hangout!
I enjoyed the house margarita, La Caca, and their Mahi Mahi tacos on corn tortillas. The menu says they are made with flour tortilla but another item uses corn so I knew they had corn tortillas. I asked how they cooked the corn tortillas and my waitress immediately said, “I’ll have the kitchen cook them separately.” It’s always a relief when a waiter/waitress understands cross contamination!
My waitress, Erica T., was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. She has worked here for 12 years and said a lot of celiac/gluten free folks come in.
Thanks to other reviews, I knew the corn chips were fried in a shared frier, so I stopped at Walgreens down the street (also on Main St) and picked up corn chips. I asked if I could use my own chips with the guac and it wasn’t a problem. Unfortunately, this didn’t discount the $8 side of guac that I already paid $5 for a bag if chips, but that was my choice. Guac is house made.
Highly recommend.

I’m a very sensitive celiac and I was able to enjoy a delicious meal with no ill effects. We went on “Taco Tuesday” and enjoyed the various tacos. They don’t have a gluten free menu, however, the staff is very knowledgeable as to what is safe. My husband and I both loved the food and will definitely go back.

Had an amazing meal here with friends over holiday weekend. The wait staff was very well versed in what was GF.

Not marked on menu gf, but very knowledgeable staff! My waiter knew what celiac was and explained what I could eat. I got the elote corn on the cob and the pork carnitas tacos!! Also the margs were great:) DO NOT EAT THE CHIPS IF YOU ARE CELIAC!! All in all, great Mexican place!

The girl brought over chips and salsa and assured me they were GF. When the waitress came I told her I had to eat GF and it was due to Celiac. She then told me the chips and salsa were not GF because they were fried with items that were not GF.

Sad experience after reading good reviews. They don't have a dedicated fryer so my kids couldnt even eat the tortilla chips. They even first told us the chips were ok, then our more knowledgeable waitress informed us they'd been fried in the same fryer as everything else. Food was good but there was very little choice for my Celiac kids, basically just tacos.

Theres not a gf menu but staff is always knowledgeable and helpful. I have celiac disease and have safely drank and eaten here multiple times.
Had the pork tacos which were delicious- unable to have chips but shared it with us

First experience here and had a wonderful time. Reno was very knowledgeable on what could be made gluten free and the food and drinks were amazing. So fresh and great spice. Will become a regular spot for sure.

Staff was very knowledgeable most of menu can be made gluten free. Only items that can’t be made are ones that are fried, including the chips. Overall great experience!

I’ve gone for taco Tuesday, and it’s a lot of fun! Their menu isn’t clearly marked for GF items, but they do have corn tacos with 5/6 different toppings — all super yummy! They don’t have a dedicated fryer for the chips, but I took a chance on them and the plantains. Didn’t get sick!

Went for Taco Tuesday, and 4 were gf. Fabulous!!! My server was very knowledgeable. The chips aren't fried in dedicated dryer, but they do not contain gluten. I didn't have any issues!

Service can be a little rough around the edges, but there are gluten free options. Chips are not gluten free and neither is the beef, but many enchiladas and appetizers are gluten free. Food is delicious.
No gf menu but staff are good. Corn chips and salsa followed by corn tortilla enchiladas, no reactions to report. Great atmosphere and lovely food. Update: last nights server told us the chips were cooked with other things. Still no reaction though.
This is a favorite date night spot for my husband and I, who are not GF. We decided to take our children for lunch and eat outside one weekend. Although not a dedicated gluten free restaurant, nor any dedicated GF menu is available, the staff was incredibly knowledgable and accommodating about making GF substitutions for our daughter, who has Celiac. The hostess that seated us also has Celiac and told us all the items she eats there. The free chips are corn so those are GF. The hostess told us that she is a fan of the enchiladas. We got our daughter cheese quesadillas substituted with corn tortillas. She loved it and the chips with salsa! She felt fine, no reactions afterwards.
