I was very disappointed by this restaurant. I went as part of a work group outing, and chose it after reading the other reviews here. The menu was not labeled GF at all, and the waiter seemed either confused or totally dismissive of my questions. He told me the chips were GF because they are corn, but when I asked repeatedly if they are cooked in a separate fryer, he just said, "They are gluten free. I get asked this all the time." Doesn't inspire confidence! Then when I asked about the other dishes, all he could say was what kind of tortillas were used, not any other ingredients, and when I asked more questions, he impatiently waved me off and told me it was gluten free.

Great experience! Half the menu could be modified to be celiac safe and gluten free. The waitress knew exactly how items could be cooked or modified to be safe. I had the cauliflower taco and they just grilled it instead to avoid cross contact. I also had chips and a margarita. ☺

Had the guac sampler and was told chips are fried by themselves in another facility. The tacos were to die for as were the margaritas. I’m a sensitive celiac and felt great after!
