Great safe option for celiac. I told them of my allergy, they had a chef come out from the kitchen and personally make my burrito bowl. New gloves, clean cutting board, foil over the grill to heat the tortillas...they were very thorough. When I asked for guacamole, he mentioned there was sour cream in it (I didn’t mention my dairy allergy but he knew to mention this!) He sliced avocado for me instead. So fab!
