This restaurant has the best gluten pizza crust I’ve ever had! And so many topping options in the gluten free pizza section of the menu. I’ll be excited to return when I visit Moab.

Best gluten free pizza crust I’ve ever had. Uses wheat starch; very authentic texture and chew to the crust. Cooked in the same oven as gluten crusts, so not safe for celiac. But delicious, if you’re not as sensitive.

They have a GF pizza menu and one of the options was also dairy free, which was perfect for me. The pizza was absolutely delicious.

Not great measures to prevent cross contact as the gluten free crusts are cooked in the same oven as regular. The service is super fast. The atmosphere very friendly and fun. Dog friendly in outdoor seating.

Good food. But risk of cross contamination, they cook everything in the same oven. They do have gf salad options.

Gluten free pizza options on last page of the menu. Service was great, food was good, enjoyed the meal. We brought our two toddlers and they really enjoyed the pizza too.

Waitress was rude when I called to order gluten-free pizza takeout, asking to please double-check with kitchen that the order was gluten-free. She was rude again when I picked up the pizza. I thought the pizza was okay. My husband and daughter liked it. Atmosphere ok, too. Wouldn't return with all the other GF options in Moab.

Alright. This place made me nervous, so if the risk of cross contamination upsets you or if you're exceptionally sensitive, this is not the place for you. That said, their gluten free pizza was delicious as I took the risk and did not get glutened!

I’ve been eating gluten free for about 11 years, and I feel like I have developed gluten intolerance as a result. I had absolutely no adverse reaction to the gluten free pizza, and it was absolutely delicious. This is at the top of my short list for places to eat in Moab.

Fantastic GF pizza, especially loved the Pistachio pesto one. I’m not a severe celiac, but I didn’t get sick. Highly recommend this place.

Okay so I’m allergic to wheat, so sadly the gluten free pizzas weren’t an option for me as they use wheat starch. HOWEVER, the staff was incredibly accommodating. The boss came out to talk to us and was so well-informed about what was wheat free and what wasn’t, as well as informing me about their kitchen practices and making alterations to cooking procedures to fit my needs. For me personally, my options were limited but I can imagine for other gluten free people it’s great! Would absolutely come here again and I was truly blown away by how kind and accommodating the staff was!!! I had the steak dinner.

Two stars because the staff were kind. I do wish they would have said something about using wheat starch when I called beforehand to ask about their gluten free practices. If you’re just gluten intolerant, you would probably be fine. I will never trust wheat starch, no matter if it’s supposed to be gf.

I have been gluten free for 5 years now and you HAVE to go here. I have never tasted a gluten free pizza like this. They import the gluten free flour from Italy and it is so good! When they said I could get the dessert pizza gluten free I about cried. If you are in Moab you need to go here.

Nice italian restaurant.
They serve both pizza and pasta, glutenfree options available.
As my daughter is celiac, we dubble checked with staff to avoid risk of cross contamination. Staff explicitely discussed with the kichen and everything went perfect. Best glutenfree pizza ever, my daughter told us.
Also the regular pizzas were really good.
We enjoyed a nice evening with good food !

This pizza was pretty good. Tasted like it was made from scratch which I liked. The crust was good, but the edges were very burnt. Waiter had good knowledge of gluten free options.

Many GF pizza options. Crust was pretty good for GF but not awesome. No dairy free or alternative cheese options. Service was pretty good considering we came in close to closing time.

The pizza is delicious but not celiac safe. They have a sep area to prep the pizza and a sep cutter but the gf pizza is cooked on the same over surface with the regular pizza. I willingly accepted this risk and ended up getting sick but that was my fault. If you are sensitive or celiac, their menu also states not to eat the pizza.

Eat here with caution or not at all if you are celiac. They NO longer have a separate space to make the gluten free pizza. Was told by server that the kitchen found it to be an inconvenience to separate making the pizzas. Server was nice & food was good but definitely not safe for celiacs.

OMG! I used to think Woodstocks pizza in Santa Cruz, CA was the best gluten free pizza, but no. This place I was amazed how the crust was so fluffy and it tasted soooo good I had to confirm if it was gluten free! They prepare the gluten free items on a separate station and if I have one crumb of gluten i am sick for days and didn’t feel sick after eating here. SO GOOD! Have to go here if you’re ever in Moab or Vernal!

Yummy pizza! I’m a pretty sensitive Celiac and did not get sick the night after eating or the day after, which I can if there is cross contamination. They have a shared oven, but prepare the GF pizzas in a separate space. Overall it was great!

They lay it out on the website and menu pretty clearly. This place takes things seriously but is not for “everyone”. Read the website.
Outstanding homemade and wood fired gluten free pizza crust. Plenty of salads that are gf as well. Real gem.

Our server actually talked me out of ordering pizza when I said I have celiac. He couldn’t guarantee there wouldn’t be any cross contamination. I loved my salad and the caprese was amazing. They make their own mozzarella. Everyone else enjoyed their food as well. We will be back.
Yes
Had THE BEST GF pizza ever here! Proprietary GF crust with actual edges which had air pockets in it. I’m having dreams of it now typing this. Too bad the drive is hours away or else I’d eat this pizza weekly. As the GF pizza is cooked in the same wood fires oven as pizza containing wheat, it is explicitly noted on the menu and states this pizza is not for those with celiac.
The menu clearly states that if "you have serious Celiac disease" their pizza is not appropriate for you. Glad to know, but.... Ummm... Celiac is like pregnancy - either you have it or you don't. Appreciated knowing, and went somewhere more appropriate.
No
Delicious! And they have a whole page for the gluten free pizza options.
My son, who has celiac, declares this the best gluten-free pizza he has ever had.
