For an Italian restaurant, I was surprised that nearly everything could be made gluten free! The service was amazing and the sauces good, but the pasta itself was underwhelming and I ended up feeling a little sick for the rest of the night.

All but one of the pasta dishes can be made with gluten free spaghetti and they use allergen bamboo sticks to denote an allergy. Outstanding food but if you don’t like spaghetti noodles because of how messy they can be them know they are the only option. Portions are on the smaller side. Atmosphere doesn’t command the high prices though. Very loud and hard to hear the servers. But our server was excellent.

We had a nice dinner for my husband's birthday at Arancina's in the Kahala resort. You get to see dolphins in the pools and the valet is validated at the restaurant. I am celiac and they said they could do all pastas gf prepared separate. I had the Fruita de mare (pasta with seafood) and prosecco. The bill for two of us with cocktails and one non-gf starter was $104. The service was great. There are 15% off coupons (I found it in a booklet at the airport) and you tell about the coupon before you order.
