As a former back employee who quit twice because the owner would not change to prevent cross contamination and continues to bake pepperoni rolls in her gluten free oven for fundraiser, and would make us manufacture and bake gluten free crust in the same oven . The mill she mills the rice flour is full of mold.

All crusts are made in house and guaranteed gluten free. Pizza is baked in a separate oven. Additionally, as a native West Virginian, definitely make sure you try the gluten free pepperoni roll! Lastly, they sell pizzas you can take home and bake or crusts you can use to make your own pizzas at home!

If you have celiac, one thing to note is that the wings are fried in a shared frier, HOWEVER, if you tell them you are celiac they will bake them for you in the gluten free oven so just make sure you make the staff aware.

All of the pizza crusts here are gf!! I got an 8" gf garlic and herb crust pizza with vegan cheese, sausage and mushrooms and it tasted amazing and cost much less than other gf/df pizzas I've had. It's not really a restaurant, but actually a convenience store with a kitchen, however don't be put off by that. The owner says she plans on adding a dining area eventually. My son, who is not gf, got the 12" Polynesian pizza and ate the whole thing in one sitting. Happy to report no stomach issues a day later.

Wonderful place for gluten free pizza and breadsticks. They make their own gluten free crusts and the pizza is really good. Highly recommend trying if you are in the area.
