Had the Athena pizza and a great Greek salad and no issues afterwards. While this is a shared kitchen and cross contact can happen, they take every precaution to ensure a safe meal. The pizza never touches the surface as they are made in their disposable pans and they have different slicers etc. as always, ask questions until you’re comfortable!

Great gluten-free pizza crust but has one size only. It is prepared in an aluminum pan and they will use clean prep area and utensils to prevent cross contamination. I specify celiac disease and the server took my request very seriously. I just ask they cook the pizza a fee minutes longer so it is crisper crust.

GF pizza crust was amazing. Lots of toppings. Had no allergic reactions.
We eat here every time we drive through town. My daughter who is gluten free loved their gluten free pizza. I’ve had their cauliflower crust also gluten free and it’s very good. They do seem to be heavy on the sauce for our taste but I’d add the food tastes great and we love stopping in when we travel through town.

update: have been back recently several times and have been impressed with knowledge and help.
Very disappointed in the lack of Gluten knowledge, especially when offering a GF menu. Not sure the staff is aware of a GF fad diet and one that is required. When I asked what salad dressings were GF she referred them to me by what she had seen other people eat..
Love their pizza and I have been eating it for years and have never had any problems!

Ate here for a family get together. Their gluten free pizza is enough for 2, so I took some home. They said their was only one topping that had gluten - I want to say it was European something - all others were ok. I however, I just don't care for their pizza. I think it's their sauce - just not enough seasoning. Too bland. I was glad they had GF, nice clean place, great service - I just don't love their flavor. Apparently Brad Pitt does though!
best pizza gluten free or not. never any issues

I enjoyed eating here before I had to give up gluten. I still enjoy it now, but I wish I ciuld get clarification on which meat toppings are safe. I'm very sensitive and so far only know that the canadian bacon is safe. The Apollo is delicious, but I'd love to know for sure that I could order other tippings safely besides veggies. Last time I was there, the server was helpful and answered many questions. She said she did not think the other toppings contained gluten, but recommended I steer clear because she could not be certain the seasonings were safe.

Gluten Free pizza is good. No issues afterwards. Be sure to tell them you are ordering it due to allergy issues, so that they will use special pans & separate cutting utensils.
When a business doesn't bother to leave a detailed voice message stating their hours of operation, and are closed on Sundays, why bother?
I had their GF pizza! It was phenomenal!!! The crust was great! I ordered it to go but I didn't have any symptoms after eating it!
Great gluten free pizza!!!
