update: have been back recently several times and have been impressed with knowledge and help.

Very disappointed in the lack of Gluten knowledge, especially when offering a GF menu. Not sure the staff is aware of a GF fad diet and one that is required. When I asked what salad dressings were GF she referred them to me by what she had seen other people eat..
