I had a great experience here, BUT I probably would not risk it if you have celiac disease. I have a wheat allergy, and they had a separate spot on their menu for people with food allergies that made it easy for me to see they had gluten free bread. The employees told me they’d change gloves and put paper down to make my sandwich, but they were upfront with me that there’s a cross-contamination risk if I’m sensitive. The sandwich was great and I didn’t have a reaction, but I would caution others.
