Review of Asian Express

I explained Celiac to the owner a few years ago and ever since then, this has been my go-to for gluten free Chinese food! They make the chow mei fun (rice noodles) gluten free for me. I usually get it with vegetables, but you can get it with meat too! When I call, I request the chow mei fun with “white” sauce (oil) and say gluten free. They won’t use soy sauce (I use GF soy sauce at home) and they’ll cook it in its own wok. Overall, this is a great family-owned restaurant.
