We've been eating here for years but I'm new to gf. I asked and they provided a gf menu, and they make it explicitly clear that they are not a dedicated gf restaurant and that there is risk across contamination. There is a decently well rounded variety of options. Food is always good there with quick service.

They have a great gluten free menu and are very knowledgeable about celiacs. I have never had a reaction after eating here and always love the great service and how understanding they are with celiacs!

I have had decent service here as a celiac, but I tend to order things that are naturally GF here since it’s always busy. There are several selections and I have always been well after eating. I wouldn’t attempt something that is glutened naturally but I have gotten steak, pork chops, veg and loaded baked potato and, out of 5-7 visits, never had a reaction. I tend not to rate extraneous data, like wait or service , but just whether I got a good gf meal without reaction. (And I did)

Quick summary: great food, horrible wait in the lobby, great service, bad handling of allergy. Here’s the long version: Party of 7, call ahead seating said 45-55 min wait. Actual wait time 85 mins, 45 of which were in the lobby (Mother’s Day to be fair, but still). We told the waiter we were in a hurry, food came out after only 15 mins, incredibly fast. Got allergy menu, told them to tell the kitchen we had 1 with a gluten allergy. Fries came and looked breaded, we had them triple check but toddler with allergy already grabbed a couple fries and ate them. Turns out corporate had a mistake on the menu and fries were breaded, kitchen didn’t bother questioning the allergy, and manager seemed to have had this happen before but blamed corporate. Waiter said he put the allergy in the notes and apologized, manager apologized but made no offer to comp part of the meal, just said he’d talk with corporate about a new menu. Also I ordered a medium-well steak that was undercooked, but the quality of the steak was still very good. Everyone at the table loved the food, and overall customer service was good. I hate to leave a 3-star review when the food and service were good, but the very inaccurate wait time and allergy issues were big issues for us, especially with no partial comp for their big mistake.

The food was really good. The employee that took my order took the time to answer my questions about what was safe to eat on the menu. I will eat here again.
