Watched as they prepared my gluten free burger along side 3 other gluten burgers. (At least they put a paper down for mine rather than directly on the counter like the others) Didn’t change gloves. While the cook was warming my bun up in the microwave (points here for not using the gluten grill) he reached over and grabbed 2 pieces of gluten bread and put them in the toaster located directly above the prep area to make toast for another sandwich, then proceeded to finish assembling the 4 burgers. We went on a Monday at 11:30. Not terribly busy. I stated when ordering that I had a “Gluten Allergy” (easier that way) and was assured it would be safe. Needless to say, I picked off the patty and very reluctantly ate it without the bun that had been handled with very gluten covered hands. I understand this is not a gluten free establishment. But I think that if offer gluten free, they need to train the cooks to not cross contaminate in every literal way possible.
