I have been here a few times and they do a great job. It’s so fun to be able to have the chefs tasting menu with friends and see what they adapt for me. They are friendly, helpful and careful. I’ve had risotto and polenta instead of pasta, and all kinds of creative substitutes for fried items or desserts. It’s also a lovely restaurant with a great vibe. Doesn’t really feel like you’re in Omaha!

Every single staff member was well informed about what was gluten free and what was not. We did the tasting menu and the chefs altered any of the choices that normally contained gluten to be gluten free for me. Instead of pasta, they gave me risotto etc.
The place is pricey, but the peace of mind was worth it.
