There is zero SAFE handling of gluten allergies or celiac disease. The management also has no awareness of what gluten is or even if it is in the chili (which it isn’t). My best friend (gf as well as am I) has been working for the company for a short while. This location isn’t safe for those who are extremely sensitive to gluten or those who can not tolerate any exposure. I had quit eating at Aubrey’s two years ago because of feeling sick after having food that came from their gluten sensitive menu. Now I understand why. Just sharing knowledge my gf buddies! Also, if you’re ordering burgers, they use the same toppings used for assembling all burgers. Hence, massive cross contamination happening with no regard.

The Cedar Bluff location is not safe to eat. I’ve eaten there twice and gotten sick both times, even though I communicated clearly I was gluten free. Never again! Not trustworthy at all! Please don’t eat here if you’re celiac!

I am highly gluten intolerant, loved their gluten free menu and when I ordered the lemon chicken it came with rice and a side, our server Chris came back out after asking the kitchen to find out that the rice was not gluten free and I got a second side. Great service and they were very careful about what I could and could not have.

Food and service was fantastic!! I got the mushroom burger and mashed potatoes. Burger was nice and juicy and the burger bun was great (udi's.. I believe). Highly recommend.

I’ve eaten here several timess with no issue. The burgers with loaded mashed potatoes are always great

Eat here often and feel like they have a better gf menu than lots of other chains. Food is always good, and I've never had an issue with cross contamination.

The food was delicious. The wait staff was knowledgeable, quick to ask for necessary information and friendly. Cost was reasonable. The restaurant was clean too.

Visited the Farragut location in February prior to moving here. This one is just as nice, has same friendly attitude towards GF, etc. I appreciated the consistency. I opted for the Cranberry Chicken Salad for something different. Portion was HUGE and it was excellent. I rarely order a salad but this was very tasty and satisfying.

Good selection on GF menu. Staff are friendly and don't treat you like a pain for being a little specific about your GF order. Never had a reaction here and the food is great. Wish they had a dedicated fryer for fries!

Was delicious but unfortunately got glutened. I am pretty sensitive to cross contamination. I did inform them that I have celiac disease. I got the chicken salad sandwich on a gluten free bun and sugar snap peas.

Waitress was very helpful, she asked the kitchen to cook my mushrooms in olive oil so so I wouldn't get sick from the oil they typically use which I don't do well with. The gluten free bun was so good I had to double check that it was gluten free, I was still skeptical but I never got sick!

I have celiac and have had no problems here! The wait staff is always super helpful, and if they aren’t sure about something they will go check with the kitchen or managers. They are always super accommodating and I have had great experiences here over the past few years!
