Gluten free burger wasn’t very good. Asked for the chips to be separated (as they are cross contaminated in the fryer) and they were served right next to the burger. Didn’t seem very knowledgeable about cross contamination and Celiac.

I have ordered their burgers on GF buns and they are good. Ask them to toast the bun. I’ve also ordered burger no bun and I’d wish they’d give me a little extra lettuce with that. The gf chocolate cake is good too.

My wife has celiac disease and we drive 45 minutes just to get their gluten free turkey grinder. We've been coming for years and will continue to for years to come.

There were several GF options. I had a burger on a GF bun. The bun was lightly crisped and delicious! Homemade chips were good too.

I think the owners daughter or son has celiac so they should be quite knowledgeable about cross contamination here. I’ve never gotten sick with the sandwiches I order.

Got glutened. Instant lips burning. I asked the cashier to put gluten allergy and said she would but didn’t. So disappointed.

The Italian grinder is so good. They have a lot of options on their gluten free menu. The staff is knowledgeable about celiac.

They have 4 different kids of gluten free bread AND a dedicated gluten free toaster. They also have bagged certified GF potato chips. The food was delicious and highly recommend. The owners daughter has a severe wheat allergy so they understand!

My favorite childhood place for delish deli sandwiches! large GF menu including pizza (Udi) and a dedicated toaster. VERY accommodating. So glad to be back .

Hands down the best gluten free place. We eat here weekly with my family. Amazing food/selection and never had an issue!!!

I love that I can still go here after going GF. It's been a favorite for years. The fries are not gluten free.
American sub on gluten free French roll is unbelievable!
They take GF seriously so I would feel safe if I was very sensitive.
This was an every Saturday place years ago and I enjoyed their beef, sausage, grinders, and turkey burgers in those pre-GF days.
GF bread is very good but the up charge makes value proposition tougher. Suddenly a grinder can become a $10 sandwich. This bread up charge is not unique to Augies but seems like a bigger deal when you add the GF charge to a relatively cheap meal. No separate frier so now French fries.
Did not try the GF pizza.
Same great sandwich toppings I enjoyed in my pre-GF days.
If you have a taste for an outstanding sub, this is the place.
Outstanding GF pizza and subs. Way to go'
They are very careful when making your sandwich.. Good salads to. Love auggis. Have been going there for years & I was so glad I could continue once I had to give up gluten.
Always has been the best for REAL DELI SANDWICHES :-)
very careful with preparation good gluten free pizza and sandwiches
The food is delicious and the workers are very careful! Everything I've tried so far has been awesome!
They call their menu “gluten freedom”. They state their daughter is gluten free and “they get it.”
I haven’t had a that good of a burger in a very long time. They offer more than one choice of bread for their sandwiches.

It is not clear if the staff have any special training for allergy food handling. I have eaten here many times without issue. It’s a bit odd that your choices for gluten free slices bread are white and wheat! I often try to correct them to say multi-grain instead of wheat. Once had a long conversation with one of the managers about the bread. Definitely GF and they seem to care. But I would have to say go at your own risk.
The grinder sandwich is awesome!
Had a lot of GF to choose from. Delicious Cobb Salad. They seemed knowledgeable about CC. I’ll be back! (Plus fun music and ambiance too!)
