Restaurant Ava Cyril

After a long first day of touring, we were happy to find Ava Cyril so close to the train station and read positive reviews here.

The food was mediocre - GF pizza (for celiac) and regular for my teen. GF penne was mushy but decent. Greek salad was fresh but dressing was so so.

The kitchen prep area was in the open and tiny. The servers were very kind and seemed to know what was safe/GF but I have no idea if there was cross contact.

Waiter said pizza baked in separate pan but same oven.

amazing staff super friendly. the food= gas. carbonara was phenomenal and so was the pizza. Like i said at the beginning the staff was nothing short of amazing, they are super kind and really made super to respect the gluten free. incredibly knowledgeable and super careful. shoutout walter you the man

Delicious carbonara. Restaurant seemed very cozy but was full when I stumbled upon it, however they offered takeout which was ready in 10 minutes. Very friendly staff. I hope to return and see what other GF options they have.
