This location can make all their sandwiches on a “gluten less” bread. The staff said that the bread is gluten free, but that the risk of cross contamination was high since it is made in the same space as their normal breads. They also put normal buns/bread on the same grill used for meats. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. I (gluten/dairy sensitive) had a blt with the gluten less bread & had no issues, but I would not eat there with my celiac hubby.
