We went for brunch and would normally never get a buffet but after I walked it and asked questions, I was confident I was safe! Everything is served to you so no cross contamination and the only thing on the buffet with gluten were the biscuits (and most of the desserts). Lots of choices and the best GF (made with rice flour) chicken I have had yet! Dedicated fryer!
